人民币特种票券的定义及分类★★★★

[size=4]第1版人民币至第5版人民币是我国的法定流通货币,是新中国纸币收藏的第一种类.[/size]
[size=4]然而在我们国家的各个历史时期还发行了具有部分货币功能的票券,如我们比较熟悉的国库券、外汇券等种类，这一些票券在一定范围内或特定的时间段内具有部分法定货币功能，这些票券应当有一总称：既“人民币特种票券”。[/size]

[size=4]一、人民币特种票券的定义：[/size]
[size=4]1、必须是在新中国人民币诞生以后由中国人民银行、财政部、地方政府及授权专业银行发行的；[/size]
[size=4]2、必须是以人民币计值或最终可以与人民币兑换；[/size]
[size=4]3、此类票券是本身具有内在价值的有价证券；[/size]
[size=4]4、此类票券可以在全国或限定的局部地区或特殊地区发行和使用；[/size]
[size=4]5、此类票券严格按有价证券设计和印刷，并有一定的仿伪措施。[/size]

[size=4]二、人民币特种票券的分类：[/size]

[size=4]按上述定义，人民币特种票券可分为两大类：票券和债券。[/size]

[size=4]票券类包含：[/size]
[size=4]1、1949年发行的与第1版人民币同时流通的------  [color=red]“江西临时流通券”[/color][/size]
[size=4]2、1952年-1956年由中国人民银行和财政部发行的回乡转业和复员建设军人生产资助[color=red]金兑取现金券[/color]。[/size]
[size=4]3、1961年为退赔大跃进时期的平调款由个省人民银行发行的----[color=red]期票[/color]。[/size]
[size=4]4、1965年抗美援朝时期驻越部队中发行的----[color=red]军用代金券。[/color][/size]
